Paloma Faith's very soulful Can't Rely On You (from her forthcoming third album A Perfect Combination) is subject to this exquisite and mysterious promo by Paul Gore.

Bold and stylish – it's photographed beautfully by Mathieu Plainfosse – it places Paloma in five completely different, intriguing scenarios, with one common combining factor: Paloma's man woes.

Shot over two days in five different locations, producer Denna Cartamkhoob explains: "We worked closely with Paloma to create a world which we wanted to be - Fellini meets Holy Motors! We looked at Pasolini and Matthew Barney for inspiration.

"Paul's concept explored Paloma in relationships with five different men, not necessarily all romantic: The Surgeon, The Lover, The Stable Boy, The Chauffeur and The Leader. The idea was that all these men leave her which echoes the sentiment of the song. Eventually she leaves The Lover. We didn't want her to be totally down and out!"
