Once upon a time Tom King flirted briefly with stardom&nbsp;in indie-band&nbsp;Land Of Barbara. Then he got into production and in the past 20 years,&nbsp;Tom has made hundreds of music videos and commercials - constantly shifting roles between directing, producing and exec producing. He&#39;s also MD of&nbsp;Gas&amp;Electric, and now, with G&amp;E&#39;s tenth birthday coming up in June, he&#39;s&nbsp;fostering&nbsp;a slew of new directing talent with a new partnership with OB Management. I was a runner, and overslept after a gig with my band and arrived at the shoot very late. Crystal Fighters&#39; Love Natural is featured on the FIFA 14 videogame, but the track&#39;s new video by&nbsp;Monatomi - that&#39;s the partnership of&nbsp;Duncan Christie and Ben Perry, up-and-comers&nbsp;who&#39;s previous work includes a music video for Echo Lake&#39;s Another Day, and&nbsp;have recently signed to Armoury London &ndash; shows there&#39;s lots of fun to be had well away from a football pitch.The focus is a young boy (played by Jude Campbell) who is utterly seduced and smitten by the joie d&#39;vivre of two older girls (played by Megan Heaton Harris and Alice Chang). These girls&nbsp;are up for some serious&nbsp;high jinx around town.&nbsp;But there&#39;s a satisfying twist here too, as the girls are revealed not to be all they seem.&nbsp;And the boy&#39;s rose-tinted&nbsp;infatuation turns to horror as reality bites...

Racking up almost 7 million hits on Youtube and currently sitting pretty at No. 1 in the UK chart, the promo is set in surburban Los Angeles, with a Miami shot performance from guest vocalist Flo Rida. 
Baldwin brings his strong character-driven directing style to bear with an energetic and humour-filled narrative complimenting Olly's cheeky performance.

Mike Baldwin delves deep into his box of tricks and pulls out a conceptual piece of work for Scottish rock band Twin Atlantic's Yes I Was Drunk.
Shot around Glasgow's Queens Park district featuring a cast of characters flying through the air in slow-motion, the promo echoes the introspecitve melancholy in the songs lyrics and instrumentation.
"This is the sense I first got from hearing the song - a kind of beautiful melancholy," says Mike about his Twin Atlantic clip. "People who are stuck in a moment with time deliberately stretched over the course of the promo."

"It was important to me and Fazer to bring in a fashion element into a pop/rappers world," explains JaK. "I took Fazer's initial concept and styled it into a Sin City, Bladerunner visual as I wanted to show the world the crazy Fazer. We shot in a disused military hospital in Portsmouth which still had a padded cell which set the mood perfectly."
The dark fashion vibe in the Killer video was styled by Tom Erebout and shot with precision by cinematographer Dan Stafford Clark.

The video sees King Charles singing to a painting of the mysterious 'Lady Percy' character, who is based on the real-life Lady Percy herself. The video plays out like a dream-like ode to this woman (possible love interest) who never comes to his concerts.
Set amongst the faded grandeur of an abandoned chapel in Peckham, the adventurous promo was shot in one day...

The video for the track Ken! penned by Harry Hill sees Bill Roache aka Ken Barlow play a cowboy in a spaghetti western pastiche.&quot;I knew this was the venue to shoot in after seeing a plaster cast Indian Chief in a local shop window directing me fatefully towards the Lamb Hotel&quot; explains Tom.&quot;Sadly I couldn&#39;t fit the singing moose in but I did manage to persuade Harry to ride a bucking bronco and Bill to dress as a cowboy. Things did get a little strange for Bill as we pulled out two bar stools onto the high street pavement and asked him to pretend to ride through the Arizona plains whilst being eyed by Corrie enthusiasts. To his credit he didn&#39;t grumble. Bravo Bill. He acted the part so well we are thinking about the possibility of Ken!
