Dumas Haddad celebrates Priya Ragu's vibrant take on her Sri Lankan heritage in this blazingly colourful&nbsp;video for Chicken Lemon Rice.Having worked with the singer on two other songs in a live session for the Live At The Archives series, Haddad - recently signed to FAMILIA for music videos - shot the official video for&nbsp;Chicken Lemon Rice in a beautifully dramatic and damaged house over in West London, close to where Priya was isolating during her stay in the UK before Christmas.&nbsp;With an emphasis on Priya's charismatic performance, supported by a glamourous cast of extras&nbsp;and a stunning take on South Asian fashion, Haddad delivers an exciting visual flavour to the singer's&nbsp;blend of East and West musical styles.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;FAMILIA head of music Ryan Morgan says the inspiration behind the aesthetic of the video came out of conversations between the Priya, Haddad, management, label commissioners Dom McKiernon and Lottie Llewellyn, and himself. With original video shoot plans derailed due to social distancing measures, Tom Grennan stepped up to film his own video for latest release Oh Please, at his home in East London.Authentic, raw and lo-fi, visual artists Alex +&nbsp;Plex&nbsp;took the footage edited together by Taichi Kimura to create a vibrant and playful&nbsp;energy, utilising the textures of Tom's house and local areas as inspiration for the design for the visuals.The mixture of camera formats gave Plex a real&nbsp;playground to implement a number of different transitions, and the result is a real pick 'n' mix for the eyes and ears."As we're all stuck at home, starting to imagine things in our head, we wanted this video to reflect that state of mind," says Alex+ Plex. "So we created a completely abstract world for Tom to inhabit."

Swedish singer-songwriter Brother Leo is trapped in memories of past love in Barcelona, directed by&nbsp;Sashinski.Featuring a series of vignettes with Leo and his love interest getting intimate in picturesque locations, the transience of every scene represents the speed at which time flies by, leaving little time for reflection until it's over. The main focus is on the small moments between the pair - a glance, a stolen smile, uncontrollable laughter.The performances highlight the very best moments of being in love, but as Leo starts to come to terms with the end, the visuals start to degrade, becoming more and more fantastical and less realistic. This world is now inaccessible to him, aside from in his head, so the rose-tinted glasses have painted the past as something beautiful and untouchable.&nbsp;It's emotional and poignant, and a great match to the wistful and powerful track.&nbsp;

He's in Lagos, and she's in London, but WizKid can still make the girl move, in Adriaan Louw's latest video for the Afrobeat star.The second videos for two new WizKid tracks - following <a href="https://www.promonews.tv/videos/2019/09/16/wizkid-ghetto-love-adriaan-louw/60805" target="_blank">Ghetto Love</a>, released in September - the concept of the video for Joro is based on the idea that WizKid uses his music to create a spiritual connection with people around the world. And in this case, he connects with a female protagonist in London, causing her to progressively unwind her performance in a series of beautifully captured dance moves.This concept is symbolic of the growth and power that West African music is currently having on a global scale, and at the same time also showcases its roots within London.
