Pulp Fiction meets Prêt-à-Porter in Bedroom's hyperstylised promo for&nbsp;Italian rock sensations&nbsp;Måneskin.The video for Supermodel opens with a glamorous woman crawling out of a car wreck, hands outstretched and reaching for something off-screen.&nbsp;Things take a spin as we rewind to see what led up to this fiasco, as this enigmatic character&nbsp;steals a handbag and is chased through a bunch&nbsp;of vibrant locations by the band members.&nbsp;Bedroom imbue the video with some trademark signatures - including whip pans, quirky locations and upbeat editing - which elevate the throwback vibes.&nbsp;

Director Charlie Sarsfield continues his collaboration with Kojey Radical with the video for Payback, featuring Knucks - and adding a few more famous faces too, at a swish dinner&nbsp;party.&nbsp;&nbsp;The dynamic visual perfectly encapsulates the high energy track, bringing to life a sumptuous aesthetic that sees the artist and his friends breaking bread and partying in style, dripping with luxury styling - with classic Saville Row suits adorning each of the artists.[imgtoken data:1]Kojey and Knucks are joined by Wretch 32, Cashh, Shae Universe, Niko Omilana and more, at a spectacular location, for a contrasting follow-up to Sarsfield's previous collab for Kojey Radical - the reflective, domestic-set video for Gangsta.“It's been a real joy to work closely with Kojey on our second consecutive visual," says Charlie Sarsfield. "We spoke of wanting to build on Gangsta, pushing that aesthetic. Our tag line became, 'If Gangsta was the journey, Payback is the fruition’. Maintaining our portrait approach to performance, emphasis was put on careful framing again.[imgtoken data:2]“Kojey asked me to watch a film called Climax&nbsp;which inspired the high angled shots. We then paired this up with inspiration from old school music videos by the likes of Beastie Boys and NWA with low angled framing, which helped to create a really dynamic visual across the board. We felt this ‘old school’ backbone matched and elevated the sound that Swindle masterfully pieced together."It was an honour to quite literally dance with Kojey again and it was my first time working with Knucks, who is such a great artist and someone I'd admired from afar for a while. It wasn't without its trials, but the payback has been all worth it."

Directing duo Meeks + Frost bring together an all-star line-up of talent in this&nbsp;special celebration&nbsp;of UK producer&nbsp;Swindle's latest album The New World - including the performance of six tracks from the album - filmed at the lavish Christ Church Hall in Spitalfields, East London.Featuring Poppy Ajhuda, Kojey Radical, Joel Culpepper, Jnr Williams, Maverick Sabre, Akala, Knucks, Rider Shafique and Ghetts - and of course Swindle himself - Meeks + Frost have created a marvellous 20 minute film where the music of the album, and the personality and chemistry of the individuals involved, comes brilliantly and stylishly to life.[imgtoken data:1]The album, Swindle's first release since 2019, was written&nbsp;in the aftermath of the murder of George Floyd and the rise of the Black Lives Matter movement, and the project brings together a community of artists who found the most simplistic emotion of joy together in collaboration. They explore themes such as love, grief, fatherhood, life, race in Britain, aspirations for their future selves and other personified rumination experienced during the first lockdown in early 2020.The film is packed with songs from the album from start to finish, beginning with the arrival of several of the artists, dressed to the nines in suits and eveningwear that echoes the 1920s Jazz Age, to the strains of What's More. Then on the next song Sunday Best, featuring Kojey Radical, Culpepper and Knucks, the on-screen performances start, and we see the artists' back at the tailors' being fitted for their suits.[imgtoken data:2]To How I've Been, the artists greet each other at the Church - a reunion of friends at a special gathering, and that mood carries through the course of several superb performances that follow.On Blow Ya Trumpet, a quartet of formidable rappers - Knucks, Ghetts, Akala, Kojey - pass the baton around the table as they drink and play dominos. Then the soul and jazz mood takes over, and backup musicians join the cast, as Poppy Ajhuda performs Darkest Hour with Swindle.&nbsp;For No Black, No Irish, the jazz mood is emphasised further by a transition to monochrome for Culpepper and Maverick Sabre's affecting performance of No Blacks, No Irish, with accompanying&nbsp;musicians.[imgtoken data:3]And it is in these performance sequences that Meeks + Frost really excel, with a perfect arrangement of the photography, captures the quality of the performance with great style but also without drawing attention to itself. That is really fine live performance direction.The performance element finishes on Lost, which brings us squarely back to the theme of change that is central to Swindle's The New World. And overall, this does something that is rare for a music film of this length - it demands your attention throughout, and leaves the viewer with a sense they have witnessed something very special. And a need&nbsp;to listen to the album again.&nbsp;Massive kudos&nbsp;to everyone who worked on this film - behind the camera and in front of it.&nbsp;&nbsp;[imgtoken data:4]

Keane Pearce Shaw tackles toxic masculinity in the heartfelt promo for Tom Grennan's Little Bit Of Love.&nbsp;Focusing on&nbsp;a semi-autobiographical narrative between Grennan and his&nbsp;younger brother - played brillantly by Luke Kelly - the video is a poignant exploration of adulthood and family, with intertwining vignettes that balance emotive performance with a hyperstylised aesthetic.&nbsp;It's an unexpected take on the track, but brilliantly conceptualised and executed by Shaw and the creative team.[imgtoken data:1]

David East directs a hallucinatory vision for Baby Queen's deadpan&nbsp;appraisal of the effectiveness of anti-depressants in Medicine.&nbsp;Enclosed in a sterile white room, the video opens with&nbsp;flickering performance setups, before ramping up the energy with abstract art direction and frenetic cinematography.&nbsp;Like a drug trip gone awry, we cut in and out of surreal vignettes, moving through different setups at a wild pace.&nbsp;Expect oversized piñatas, bleeding walls and creepy ghosts, as Bella aka Baby Queen explains how her medication has drained life of all real meaning.&nbsp;

The final epic track on&nbsp;Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 2, Foals' second album of 2019, is the basis for a symbolic, impressionistic vision by the band's close friend David East.&nbsp;Shot primarily against the 'white walls of England'&nbsp;on the shores of Botany Bay in Broadstairs, Kent - and filmed the day after the UK general election in December last year - the video for Neptune is a series of long takes of various elements curated by East and Foals' frontman Yannis Philippakis, to highlight the crescendo of not only the song but the entire album.With lengthy slow-motion shots on or around the beach of galloping horses, walls of fire and glistening waterfalls - and abstract artefacts from the digital world&nbsp;- this has the quality of an art piece, to be appreciated and deciphered in a gallery. Like the music video equivalent of 'slow TV'&nbsp;this is an experience to be savoured.

He's in Lagos, and she's in London, but WizKid can still make the girl move, in Adriaan Louw's latest video for the Afrobeat star.The second videos for two new WizKid tracks - following <a href="https://www.promonews.tv/videos/2019/09/16/wizkid-ghetto-love-adriaan-louw/60805" target="_blank">Ghetto Love</a>, released in September - the concept of the video for Joro is based on the idea that WizKid uses his music to create a spiritual connection with people around the world. And in this case, he connects with a female protagonist in London, causing her to progressively unwind her performance in a series of beautifully captured dance moves.This concept is symbolic of the growth and power that West African music is currently having on a global scale, and at the same time also showcases its roots within London. The Joro video&nbsp;features London-based actress and dancer&nbsp;Georgia Curtis - herself of Nigerian and Spanish descent - who elegantly connects with WizKid's music, firstly on a deserted nighttime street, then in a beauty parlour, and finally in a more theatrical set-up.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
