Hold on to your hats - Amber Grace Johnson has directed a spectacular promo for FKA twigs's collaboration with The Weekend.Pulsating with a riotous energy from the get-go, we see twigs dissolve from a 3D avatar and launch&nbsp;into&nbsp;impassioned choreography with a group of dancers, in a visceral interpretation&nbsp;of the songtitle, Tears In The Club.[imgtoken data:1]&nbsp;As the lights scintillate, the vignettes morph to&nbsp;sizzling&nbsp;setups on a dentist chair, and pole dancing in an underwater chamber, as Abel Tesfaye aka The Weeknd watches with an emotional smile. Diana Kunst directs an incredible performance promo for FKA Twigs ft Central Cee.&nbsp;Taken from the soundtrack of upcoming 20th Century Studios film&nbsp;The King's Man&nbsp;- a prequel to the popular&nbsp;Kingsman&nbsp;franchise - the track is a sweeping, Bond-esque epic, with dramatic strings and powerful percussion.The video reflects this sense of drama, interweaving dance, martial arts and slick visual effects,&nbsp;anchored by Twigs' ethereal presence and adeptness at a menagerie of different performance styles.&nbsp;Extravagant and amibitious - just like every Twigs promo - this feels like a perfect balance between the avant garde and mainstream, and is a stunning achievement across the board.&nbsp;

Rosalía and Travis Scott join forces in Nicolás Méndez of CANADA's video for TKN.&nbsp;Sung in&nbsp;Spanish and rapped in English, the track's hook references the Sicilian law of silence: "No new friends or new wounds".&nbsp;Surrounded by gaggle of children - sometimes anarchic, sometimes dancing, sometimes snoozing -&nbsp;Rosalía is very much the boss matriarch&nbsp;of the concept, protecting the kids as they stick close and hang on her every word. Scott can only watch on as the group tear across Los Angeles... before they get sleepy.&nbsp;It's a simple concept but as ever Méndez makes it special with the meticulous composition of each one of a rapidfire sequence of shots. On Monday, March 18th,&nbsp;Karen O and Danger Mouse performed their new single Woman on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and made history - all thanks to Spike Jonze.Jonze orchestrated what we can assume is a unique first, and turned the band&#39;s live performance on the show into a real music video, created live (as opposed to what has become known as a &#39;live music video&#39;). It featured Beanie Feldstein (Lady Bird), dancers,&nbsp;audience participation - yes, it definitely was done live - as well as Karen O, Danger Mouse and fellow bandmembers&nbsp;Carla Azar (Autolux, Jack White) on drums and Sam Cohen on guitar.&nbsp;&nbsp;And as he has done on so many occasions in the past, Spike did something strikingly simple to create something new. He turned regular TV into something else by dialing down to black and white. And then shooting everything on a single completely fluid camera, capturing everything in one shot. And, not surprisingly, he operated camera&nbsp;himself.It&#39;s the latest of several collaborations between Karen O and Spike Jonze down the years, including the the soundtrack for Jonze&#39;s film&nbsp;Where The Wild Things Are. Woman&nbsp;is taken from Karen O and Danger Mouse&rsquo;s album,&nbsp;Lux&nbsp;Prima, and&nbsp;Karen O &amp; Danger Mouse have also announced art installation,&nbsp;An Encounter With Lux Prima; an immersive, communal listening experience soundtracked by the album and opening in LA next month. &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;

Director Bardia Zeinali has kept things surprisingly rooted in reality for Troye Sivan&#39;s duet with&nbsp;the ubiquitous Ariane Grande.Troye takes the mic in a communal room, barely gaining a flicker of interest from the onlookers - and when he&#39;s joined by Ariana and the two become immersed in their duet, the room actually empties.Their&nbsp;dynamic duet is in such remarkable&nbsp;contrast to their mundane surroundings, and of course that&#39;s the point. The final shot leading us to believe the entire performance was just a figment of Troye&#39;s imagination.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Smuggler director Miles Jay presents a moving short film for JAY-Z&rsquo;s latest &ldquo;Smile&rdquo;. Written by Miles, the video is a visually magnificent piece inspired by the emotional experiences of Gloria Carter, JAY-Z&rsquo;s mother.Set in Brooklyn in the 1970s, the video explores Gloria living in the shadows as she is forced to hide her homosexuality. We see her flourishing relationship with her female neighbour, which develops into a budding sexuality that can never be realised. Backgrounded by the social and economic pressures of the time, the two women sacrifice living their truths for the betterment of their children.A young Shawn Carter witnesses the vulnerability in his mother for the first time and through her pain learns to smile through adversity. JAY-Z&rsquo;s lyricism concludes with a poem written by Gloria in which she unveils her homosexuality for the first time, revealing the insight of her experience.Smile&nbsp;is a special and personal film, rendered compassionately by Miles Jay and expertly photographed by Stuart Winecoff.

The spiritual feel of the video enhances the ambient sounds that swirl throughout the track - a great mood piece washed in haunting blue tones.

Jovan Todorovic teams up with Norwegian singer-songwriter Okay Kaya for this subtly moving and beautiful video set in the strange confines of a support group.As this group appear to hold their meetings in an empty basketball court, we&#39;re immediately put at odds with our surroundings. There doesn&#39;t appear to be much joy around either, as everyone here is well and truly out of their comfort zone. But as the camera gracefully dances around the circle of chairs, before long the people in those chairs begin to dance themselves.A traditional Serbian dance unites the group and pushes them forward into a place of healing. We see them clap and stomp, but we only hear the serene stillness of Kaya&#39;s song. A wonderfully calming juxtaposition.
