Gus Dapperton and Channel Tres aren't quite cut out for the real estate life, in Kevin Lombardo's promo for Palms.&nbsp;Fixing up a caffeine high alone in his office, Dapperton goes on a sprawling adventure across Los Angeles, picking up featured artist Channel Tres on the way.&nbsp;Throwing shapes and taking smoke breaks at every opportunity, the pair don't get any work done at all - but Dapperton does manage to snag a beautiful apartment by the sea for a climactic romp in the water.&nbsp;Whether it's a fever dream or a day in the life of the worst real estate agent in California, that's up to the viewers, but the breezy adventure is a joy to watch, and shot in a deliriously fun manner.&nbsp;

Having previously worked together on music videos for Lay Me Down&nbsp;(featuring Stormzy), as well as on&nbsp;BLF&nbsp;and the now classic&nbsp;On My Mind,&nbsp;&nbsp;Jorja Smith reconnects with Hector Dockrill for the music video for The One - which comes&nbsp;hot off the heels of her first Grammy nomination.Inspired by the song&#39;s poignant lyrics, and shot in a California motel,&nbsp;Dockrill&#39;s visuals tackle Jorja&#39;s inability to walk away from a troubled relationship. But by keeping the emphasis upon her and her emotions, and avoiding narrative detail, there is no&nbsp;explanation for why she&nbsp;keeps getting dragged back in.Dockrill says: &ldquo;I wanted to leave [viewers with] a question: what has happened here?&quot;
