Jeremi Durand directs a wonderfully otherworldly promo for French trip hop band Chinese Man.As the title of the track suggests, the&nbsp;promo for We've Been Here Before explores the idea of déja vu, and the feeling of reliving a moment you've already experienced.&nbsp;As a young man takes his post as a parking attendant, he experiences an eccentric cast of characters, eventually meeting his doppelganger in a poetic&nbsp;Groundhog Day&nbsp;style event.&nbsp;Meditating upon abstract themes of parallel worlds, repetition,&nbsp;and where we go once we leave this plane of existence, it's a video that raises a lot of questions -and&nbsp;does so in a beautifully cinematic way.With superb cinematography from Adrien Lallau, and top notch VFX work from D-factory, Durand's video is awe-inspiring to watch.

Katharina Hingst presents a witty and gritty celebration of Greek culture in her marvellous promo for Greek pop star Marina Satti's infectious Tucutum.&nbsp;Filmed in Athens, the Paris-based director has tapped&nbsp;into her own Greek&nbsp;heritage to present the nation through the eyes of the next generation. A&nbsp;female couple are in a forest when the pregnant member goes into labour and an emergency delivery takes place right there, in the midst of nature.[imgtoken data:1]This follows the second video for <a href="https://www.promonews.tv/videos/2022/11/30/yodelice-trust-fall-jeremi-durand/79516" target="_blank">Trust Fall</a> - which shows an interpretation of what could be death and reincarnation - and celebrates the&nbsp;the most incredible act of them all: birth. Jeremi Durand takes viewers on a&nbsp;transitional journey between life, death and rebirth, in this alluring promo for French singer-songwriter Yodelice.In the video for Trust Fall, we see the artist's body transformed&nbsp;into a shimmering crystalline structure, a million diamonds forming a symbol of eternity,&nbsp;but also representing a form of unattainable richness that blinds us.The video was partly shot on Kinect to create the&nbsp;CGI world -&nbsp;FIRM and FAUBOURG in Paris&nbsp;spent months transforming the thousands of image dots into a multitude of textured diamonds in motion.Durand - who directed the video for Muse's Compliance, nominated at this year's UKMVAs - has created a video for Yodelice that has a haunting undertone, elevated by the cool blue colour palette and contrast of human versus cosmic energy.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Julien &amp; Quentin send Stromae and Camila Cabello into the heart of a familiar-looking TV show, in their fun satire for Mon Amour - which poses the important question: is there a reality TV contestant in all of us?The video centres on a reality show where you have to be strategic, charismatic and seductive to reach the final - sound familiar?&nbsp;And what is really satisfying is that both Stromae and Camila have really gone all in in their roles, as part of a larger group of ten contestants.And none of the participants&nbsp;hesitate to use all their assets to reach their goals. Friendship, seduction and betrayal all bubble nicely along each other, and the unreal world of unscripted TV is reflected perfectly in the aesthetic and the contestants' personas. The whole thing feels wonderfully uncanny throughout - and finally tips entirely into the surreal.[imgtoken data:1]&nbsp;"We had a lot of fun working with Stromae and his entourage on this music video," says&nbsp;Julien Martorell - half of directing duo Julien &amp; Quentin. "It's very different from our usual work, and even though it took us out of our comfort zone, we loved concentrating on our cast, directing the actors and leaving room for improvisation.”Quentin Garabedian, the other half of the duo, adds that the video is also meant to test and propose new things. "The idea of reality TV seemed to us to be quite ideal to illustrate the song," he says.&nbsp;"The lightness of certain situations that are mixed with small dramas that take on a huge scale...we watched a lot of reality TV to immerse ourselves in that world. Quite an experience!"

The unique designs are a symbol of enternal youth in Japanese Noh theatre, allowing the music to give life to the characters as they go on a hallucinatory yet poetic trip around the buzzing city.&nbsp;SUPERNAIVE consists of two brothers – bound by blood and music – who live between Paris and Tokyo. They blend electronic and acoustic music with a unique and delicate touch.
