Jeremi Durand directs a wonderfully otherworldly promo for French trip hop band Chinese Man.

As the title of the track suggests, the promo for We've Been Here Before explores the idea of déja vu, and the feeling of reliving a moment you've already experienced. 

As a young man takes his post as a parking attendant, he experiences an eccentric cast of characters, eventually meeting his doppelganger in a poetic Groundhog Day style event. 

Meditating upon abstract themes of parallel worlds, repetition, and where we go once we leave this plane of existence, it's a video that raises a lot of questions -and does so in a beautifully cinematic way.

With superb cinematography from Adrien Lallau, and top notch VFX work from D-factory, Durand's video is awe-inspiring to watch.
