Anne-Marie finds good reason to suspect that Aitch is up to no good, in Samuel Douek's entertaining video for Psycho.Douek creates a boisterously colourful, almost cartoonish series of environments in which Anne-Marie can wreak havoc upon Aitch's attempts at serial cheating. The director's approach gels nicely with the light-hearted tone of the collaboration between two of the UK's biggest pop stars.And he gets sterling support from the production design by&nbsp;Tilda Bonham Carter, styling by Cora Delaney and Justin Rose, and the casting of Aitch's numerous other girlfriends.[imgtoken data:1]"The idea of the video was to empower anyone who has been in Anne-Marie’s position before," says Douek. "It was no mean feat to pull off, shooting eight scenes in one day - including moving the entire production from one location to another."I'm really proud of what we managed to pull off and I hope the viewer has as much fun watching it as we did making it."

Emmanuelle Soffé directs Poppy Ajudha's Playgod, a powerful pro-choice statement prompted by the recent Alabama abortion bill and other pressures on women’s freedom across the globeThe song questions the right of men to lay claim to women’s bodies, and Soffé's video&nbsp;grounds Ajudha’s anger in a series of low-lit scenes, with a chorus of women exploding into movement in time with the song’s ferocious chorus, making a physical expression of women’s grief and rage.Elsewhere, scenes depicting Ajudha in Virgin Mary-esque stylings show the grief that even Mary herself feels for Christian ideologies being warped in the name of ‘God’, while a glitter-laden performance from the singer depicts the sanctity of the female body.[imgtoken data:1]"When I first heard this track, with just a few hours to write a script, it struck me that the most powerful way to approach a video concept for a song like this was through simple and raw expression of emotion," says Soffé. The third video to come from Róisín&nbsp;Murphy's collaborative ventures with Maurice Fulton is another wildly experimental vision directed by the artist herself.Following the overriding theme for the previous two, Róisín takes us to the dancefloor and really messes with our heads. This time for Jacuzzi Rollercoaster, there are cutout images akimbo:&nbsp;Róisín, Maurice, and her coterie of brain-addled, sweaty dancers are endlessly multiplied in mesmerising, elegantly rendered patterns.Nice job on the VFX by the extremely patient and hardworking post team at Squire - all achieved, of course, on a challenging budget. And it has been said before here, but it's worth repeating that as well as a great musician,&nbsp;Róisín Murphy is really a very talented director and visual artist too.&nbsp;
