And one of them ends up as the captive of the demented lord of the manor - played by Steve Furst.&nbsp;<a href="https://www.jamesgreenfilm.com/" target="_blank">James Green</a> strikes a tone of broad&nbsp;comedy, dressed in&nbsp;a&nbsp;retro, B-Movie aesthetic. But there is a political edge that&nbsp;nails the political zeitgeist in modern Britain. It's about the&nbsp;divide between rich and poor, old and young, and the rising tide of closed minds and bigotry. But as it turns out, help is at hand...&nbsp;Action-packed, well performed and with a very satisfying conclusion, the concept brings Kid Kapichi's rallying-cry&nbsp;lyrics to life, and demands to&nbsp;be watched multiple times.That&nbsp;is especially&nbsp;impressive, as Green says: "We pulled this video together in record time with a low budget, shooting on the British coast during Storm Ciara. Finally, closure is upon us! Over two months since part one was released, we&#39;re finally treated to the final installment of Eoin Glaister&#39;s trilogy for All We Are.The video for Dance picks up at the breaking of ground for the new much-hated development that the village has spent the last two episodes trying to stop. Now it&#39;s down to the wire and the village has one last hope; a gang of guerilla girl guides. Vandalism and intimidation are all in a day&#39;s work for them but ultimately it proves to be a fruitless endeavour. Sort of.A few twists and turns and some hilarious character moments later and the story reaches some sort of resolution - though probably not the one anybody was expecting. With two trilogies down now, one can only hope Glaister has a third one planned to make 2017 his year of a&nbsp;trilogy of trilogies.

Eoin Glaister returns with part two of his social absurdist trilogy for all we are, and this time; there&#39;s girl scouts.After setting up a quintessentially bizarre village community in part one and the impending motorway-based disaster that&#39;s destined to hit their town, part 2 exists almost entirely within a town hall meeting that very predictably descends into chaos. Packed full of genuine laugh-out-loud moments (the shot of the old woman fake-crying killed me) and some great exaggerated physical performances from the cast, despite being a single location, the plot moves forward nicely and sets up for a tantalising conclusion to a very British problem.

Eoin Glaister can&#39;t get enough of trilogies this year. After a story told over three parts for Aquilo,&nbsp;he&#39;s now directed another one for All We Are.The first part for Human does reveal a different beast from the social realism of Aquilo. Here we&#39;re in mockumentary territory, as a small village in middle England xomes under threat by moronic developers, threatening to build a huge motorway right through the middle of it. &nbsp;Featuring a large comedic cast (holy shit, is that Martin from Green Wing?!) and setting up a series of comedic pins ready to be knocked down in future instalments, the whole thing barrels along thanks to the track - a very pleasant racket indeed.&nbsp;Going to be&nbsp;very interesting to see where this trilogy goes next.

Lyle Lindgren&#39;s short film for Goldie is a wonderful piece of social realism starring Stephen Graham.After releasing the short version earlier this month, the full-length version of this film fills in some key narrative gaps. We follow a man (played by Graham) who visits his young daughter whilst on day release from open prison. It&#39;s a heartbreaking contrast of two lives, and watching him try to balance them becomes even harder once his fellow inmates discover that he&#39;s been recording bedtime stories for his daughter on cassette in his cell.Stephen Graham, never less than a commanding presence on screen, gives a blazing performance as a man capable of boundless love, but also tremendous&nbsp;violence.&nbsp;He released a statement about the making of the video which gives an indication of&nbsp;how committed he was to the project.&quot;This shoot was something truly special,&quot; says Graham.&nbsp;&quot;It&#39;s been an absolute pleasure working with Lyle who I think is an amazingly promising young director. He&#39;s crafted a beautifully raw short film that delves into a rarely seen aspect of the prison system.&nbsp;&nbsp;Even though it deals with dark themes and violence&hellip; there&rsquo;s a tenderness to the story which was important to portray properly.&quot;I&#39;ve known me old mucka Goldie since day so it was fantastic to be able to collaborate on this, as there&#39;s a personal connection to the themes of the film for all involved.&rdquo;
