A young woman gets lost in herself - and then goes too far - in Arnaud&nbsp;Deroudilhe's superbly stylish video for SebastiAn.Absorbed by her own reflection, as she heads to the laundry basement of her apartment building, her self-attraction takes an erotic turn. But then, in a symbol of the psychological effects of self-promotion through social media, the woman's self-obsession&nbsp;turns to madness.&nbsp;&nbsp;This progression is wonderfully controlled by&nbsp;Deroudilhe and the warm, intimate cinematography by&nbsp;Romain Alary, with an edit dovetailing beautifully with SebastiAn's instrumental Movement, also by&nbsp;Deroudilhe.

Set in a not-so-far away future, on a distant Earth-like planet, three teens embark on a journey that leads to a once in a lifetime experience, in Lisa Paclet&rsquo;s video for Darius.The underlying coming-of-age narrative accompanies stunning visuals and otherwordly effects (courtesy of Parisian post-production house, Saint-Louis), and the film&#39;s&nbsp;themes of adventure and overcoming fear was inspired by the director&#39;s own &#39;cliff-jumping&#39; in her youth, as well as&nbsp;the optmistic energy of Darius&#39; track Lost in The Moment.The heroine, played by fresh-faced Raph (nominated for the 2017 César awards &laquo;Most Promising Actress&raquo; category), encites the viewer to take the leap as well and lose themselves in the music.

Prequell also appears, at the centre of a UFO-like light structure, a unique installation created by Parisian art collective Scale. The result is an enchanting visual experience that harmonizes with Rae Morris&#39;s pop vocals.

Surreal and sexy barely begins to cover it, the best thing to do is open your mind and dive in for yourself, man.

Simon Cahn has transplanted Japanese kawaii culture into Mexico in this original video for French artist&nbsp;Breakbot&#39;s track&nbsp;2GOOD4ME.It captures the fast paced&nbsp;day-in-a-life of a young, defiant&nbsp;Lolita living in Tijuana, as&nbsp;she walks her brother to school, has a picnic with other Japanophiles, and heads to a club in&nbsp;the back of a lustful boy&#39;s truck. The video&nbsp;paints&nbsp;a portrait of&nbsp;present-day urban youth, and ends with a surreal flourish&nbsp;as the girl hovers&nbsp;over the city on her walk back home.&nbsp;Upon the video&#39;s release,&nbsp;Cahn explained to&nbsp;<a href="http://www.dazeddigital.com/music/article/29289/1/watch-breakbot-s-trippy-ode-to-japanese-subculture-in-mexico" target="_blank">Dazed</a>:&nbsp;&ldquo;The link between Mexican and Japanese culture is weirdly very strong in Mexico. It&rsquo;s very unexpected and interesting&hellip;I decided to play with this Japanese/Mexican link. All the characters are real people from Tijuana and non-professional actors.&ldquo;The video, for me, is like the 24-hour rollercoaster of emotions of a young woman; travelling abruptly from comedy to anger, from joy to pain etc. Working with a non-classic narration, I wanted to embody all these different emotions with the structure of the video echoing the feelings of someone intoxicated.&quot;

Lisa Paclet has created this&nbsp;slightly sardonic take on the concept of Glory&nbsp;for the track by the same name by French electronic pioneer&nbsp;Jean Michel Jarre&#39;s team-up with&nbsp;M83.&nbsp;It sets up a&nbsp;sort of futuristic athletics&nbsp;tournament, with&nbsp;useless action taking place in a series of absurd sports, performed by athletes that run after unreachable, constantly shifting goals. Their performances are scrutinized by a uniform, stoic&nbsp;public,&nbsp;who&#39;s reaction to their efforts is synchronized and coordinated like a well-oiled machine.But as the clip progresses the athletes subtly rebel against their pointless tasks, breaking the repetitive cycle to which they are constrained. And that sets off a chain reaction that triggers a less somnambulant response from the audience.
