Vic Lentaigne combines&nbsp;a supercool nightclub scenario with heartwarming romance starring Maisie Williams, for Romy's fabulous She's On My Mind.&nbsp;The video begins with Romy performing the track among the throng on a crowded dancefloor, as a group of partygoers enter the club - and then flashes back in time to the build-up to this big night out, and how Maisie's character falls for another girl in the group, and their tentative moves to connect.&nbsp;It all builds to a moment and big emotional rush as the pair finally get together on the dancefloor. Vic Lentaigne, Romy's wife and creative director, weaves a sweet&nbsp;and believable falling-in-love narrative into a neon-hued disco aesthetic with a super-hip&nbsp;cast of clubbers.Great work from all the cast, as well as Maisie Williams - and that&nbsp;means that all Romy does is perform this absolute banger of a track.[imgtoken data:1][imgtoken data:2]

Abbie Stephens sends up the process of making a music video, in her charming video for Katy J Pearson.On one level, Katy is making a Lumiere-inspired music video for Talk Over Town, performing in a number of imaginative studio set-ups, complete with wacky styling and colourful art direction. But then we also see behind the curtain of the making of this&nbsp;film,&nbsp;as she good-naturedly deals with the crew and the demands of the director - played by&nbsp;Charlie Hansen.[imgtoken data:1]Unlike Katy and her fictional director, the collaboration with Abbie Stephens has been rather more successful. Stephens has created&nbsp;a visual feast - somewhat playful and tongue-in-cheek - and blended that with&nbsp;whimsical humour. And then it&nbsp;develops further with a twist of pure surrealism.Having flourished in the commercial world in recent years, its a very welcome return to music videos for Abbie Stephens, and she has presented out a new aspect&nbsp;to Pearson's on-screen personality that will appeal to her devoted legion of fans.

Saorla Houston directs a poignant performance promo for Camden Cox.&nbsp;The video for Over opens with dark, contemplative&nbsp;cinematography, as the camera follows a pensive Camden on a journey through her house. She is searching&nbsp;for space to be alone, but she keeps coming into contact with her boyfriend.When she eventually finds a space to herself, we enter a lighter fantasy world with ethereal lighting and more elaborate art direction and styling. Camden's performance changes in these scenes -&nbsp;she is able to express herself freely, revealed through a high-energy performance direct to camera.Transcending the darkness of her present situation to a brighter, optimistic future, we see the artist transition in real time, taking the first step on a journey to realign her life. It's a beautiful message reflected in a fresh, unique way.&nbsp;"This song is about Camden's relationship breaking down in lockdown with someone she was living with at the time," says Houston. "For the video I wanted to capture the darkness and feeling of claustrophobia in still sharing physical space with someone you shouldn't be with."

Luke Brookner has created and directed one of two original films for leading children’s bereavement charity&nbsp;Grief Encounter, for Children’s Grief Awareness Week (CGAW).Luke has co-written I Got Through, which was released this week alongside well-known London poet, spoken word artist and mental health advocate&nbsp;Hussain Manawer, whose mother died three years ago.Luke’s parents passed away before he was eight years old. Using inspiration from real experiences of bereaved children and young people - including Joe Bellman, 20, who features in the film and experienced the death of his mother only a year ago - the film follows the milestones and moments which cause isolation in grief. Luke, Hussain and Joe hope the film will give voice to moments a young bereaved person finds tough, but often cannot say.The video is heartachingly raw and emotional, and is shot in an intimate, documentary-style fashion. The range of characters and situations represents the wide-ranging effect grief has on our communities, whilst simultaneously giving these people a voice and platform.&nbsp;This is a superb film, with a poignant and important message.&nbsp;

Mali-Koa reflects on how easy it is to feel limited by your environment or the people that surround you, in Jess Journo's visual&nbsp;for Dancer.&nbsp;Stripped-back, stark surroundings are the backdrop to the performance, which switches from solo lip-sync shots to six-person, unified dance movements. Koa had never danced in a video before this one, so it is a great tie-in to the themes and limitations expressed in the lyrics.&nbsp;DoP&nbsp;Beatriz Sastre utilises slow, steady camera movement and a limited colour palette to allow the choreography to breathe, and shine against the cold, blue-tinged surroundings.&nbsp;Cutting through boundaries to become the best version of herself, the message at the core of the visual is that when life throws obstacles your way,&nbsp;all you can and must do is dance with it and keep moving forward.

Amun conspires against the eye candy on her arm in&nbsp;Margot Bowman's&nbsp;video for Talk To Me Nice.&nbsp;Amun and her date arrive at a front door for a dinner party,&nbsp;ring the doorbell and wait patiently. So far, so normal.. But once inside, the atmosphere become hazy and hallucinogenic, a group of women with their eyes locked on the solo male. When it's time for dinner, there is a no sign of him, and Amun just so happens to cough up a men's style ring.&nbsp;Dark and sultry, the video is packed full of&nbsp;iconography, leaning&nbsp;towards the occult with the styling and props. DoP Beatriz Sastre utilises red lighting and blur effects to heighten the tension and mood of the&nbsp;setups, creating an out-of-body style experience as the camera stalks around the house. Amun's performance is confident and assured, and she jumps into the macabre role with zest.&nbsp;

One of New Rules' first official videos, 24 Hours&nbsp;tells the story of a break up where you spend all your time with your partner, but afterwards you are left with a huge empty void in your life.&nbsp;Split between a minimalist blue room -&nbsp;where the group lounge around, waiting for time to go by -&nbsp;and a black and white, high contrast performance setup, the wistful yearning and eventual acceptance that come with&nbsp;heartbreak are visually represented through striking&nbsp;art direction and superb performance from the newcomers.&nbsp;
