The pair embark on a peaceful journey through snowbound suburbia, relishing in the friendship that they have... until she wakes up.The hazy, surreal aesthetic feels unnerving yet calm in equal measure, a strange dichotomy that parallels the two worlds of reality and fiction. With gentle camerawork and lingering shots - very good work by DoP Luke McCutcheon - it's a beautifully executed vision, highlighting Shears' skill with character work and atmosphere.
