The video for Cro-Magnon Man follows a frenetic rollerblader, played by Neil Nelly Ingall, as he carves through a dimly lit cityscape, on a surreal journey combining physicality, distortion, and a puppet made of bones.With a heavily-textured, vintage digital aesthetic and experimental cinematography, it's an inspired concept for an equally strange piece of music. Kiryl Nong directs a trippy promo for Belarus alt-rock band Applepicker - set in Minsk, but entirely created in Unreal Engine. The video for Hangin' Around is uncanny and dreamlike, following vocalist Nikita as he performs in this virtual city environment. It's a joyous homage to the hometown of both the singer and the director, and an exciting - if slightly haunting - demonstration of the technology at filmmakers' fingertips today. "The idea to create this music video was conceived during our conversation with Nikita (singer) last summer in Warsaw," explains Nong. "We both wanted to shoot the video in our native Minsk, however, we were unable to travel there. At that time, I was finalizing my work on my first relatively large project in Unreal Engine, and I felt compelled to produce another video set in a native, albeit virtual, environment."Nikita played himself; we recorded all the facial animation and lip-sync via metahuman animator. Certain body movements were captured using move.ai , a lot of custom animations as well."The entire process of creating the video took about three months, and it was crucial for me to start with the creation of locations, as many ideas regarding the plot emerged during the process."

The multiformat visual for Colmillo is a bold concept, blending performance, narrative, animation and stock footage, intercut with cityscape cutaways. Spanning a wide volume of vignettes and ideas, the video is a daring, unique piece of work, that isn't afraid to cross a few boundaries and deliver a completely captivating vision.It deserves to be watched with an open mind - even as it switches up from live action to sexually explicit anime...

Things could not be going any worse for a young woman in Ganna Bogdan's video for Better - until her guardian angels arrive, in the form of MK, BURNS and Teddy Swims.On a night out in a desolate place, a bad phone call is followed by her vehicle not starting. And then... her handbag is stolen. But as she loses hope, the artists return with the bag - like superheroes. And then the girl and the band set out on an adventure across the city. The video features captivating mixed media within the environment, projecting performance vignettes onto the textural landscape, and the whole concept has a celebratory, hopeful vibe at the centre. Ganna Bogdan says the story was inspired by personal experience. "I used to own a vintage Mercedes that I loved so much, but it used to break down in the most stressful situations, and every time it made me feel like I am about to lose it," explains the director. "I have my Ukrainian friends here who are always down to help me with my car problems. My friends used to come and save me and we would play music while my car was getting towed. My car would break down once a month till the point I finally get rid of it. But my friends used to cheer me up every time. It made me feel better in the most stressful situations.”
