Keith Gordon directs a GTA-inspired promo for Mac & A.K.The animated video for King Of The Grind features the artists cruising around Cali streets, stopping by different stops to perform and interact with locals, culminating in a spectacular performance. The aesthetic is a true rendition of early Noughties video games, and the perfect format to bring both artists to the screen again, following Mac's death in 2013. It's a fitting tribute with plenty of visual appeal.

Karolina Papp directs a dreamlike promo for Harmer Jays. The video makes use of mixed media to fit the nostalgic themes of the artist's lyrics, while using tight, almost claustrophobic framing to make it feel intimate and personal.The playful projections are inspired by the light and colour of the shimmering bioluminescent algae that wash up on the Southern California coast each year, boasting brilliant blue and dark pink hues. Harmer Jay's understated performance is absorbing throughout, and acts an emotional anchor to the conceptual piece.

Maty Noyes is the vampire dreaming of a life in the sun, in Ian Rowe's engaging promo for California Palms.In the video, Maty is determined to realise her dream of running away to California - even though she's one of the Undead. She decides to create her own version of the Californian dream.Inspired by her tortoise's vivarium, she goes on an online shopping spree and sets up her own version in the backyard... but the reality falls somewhat short of her sky-high dreams. Anchored by Maty's excellent performance - she vamps it up beautifully - Rowe's video is a wonderfully wacky idea executed to perfection.

Carly Cussen has delivered another great looking video, this time shot in Vegas, baby!It sees British drum & bass producer Wilkinson chilling at a Californian motel lot with Wretch 32, who raps while pretty ladies dance, skaters do tricks and break dancers show off their impressive stunts. Featuring the awesome backdrop of Vegas' Neon Museum - six acres of retro neon signage - the result is Carly's specialty: a colourful, fun and lighthearted video that focuses on the artist's style and performance.
