Directing duo Bedroom’s first video at their new production company home brings them together with classic rockers Kasabian and is an ode to the gritty, audacious trailers of 1970’s exploitation, grindhouse, and B movies.For the video for Darkest Lullaby, Kasabian - led by frontman Sergio Pizzorno - star as characters in their own wild movie, bursting with frenetic and iconic visuals. There's a search for a mysterious woman, bloody showdowns, rough-ups - and a detective on his final, desperate case. The chaos unfolds through bombastic, iconic moments inspired by your favourite throwback trailers.As the video progresses, things get meta, as Bedroom expand the field of vision to include the B-movie's domineering director. The story climaxes, as the walls come down, in a fun and vibrant moment shattering the lines between reality and cinema.“Imagine stumbling across the abandoned film reels of a long forgotten movie that never reached completion, featuring a jaded private detective's descent into the depths of a dangerous assignment swimming with bloodthirsty mob goons, pyschoactive torture and all the inglorious hazards of the Grindhouse/B-movie legacy," is how Bedroom describe the Darkest Lullaby video. "This was the concept behind the music video we had the pleasure of writing and directing. Lisa Rieffel directs a dirty analogue-synth cover of Radiohead's classic Creep for her band H. Kink.In an early celebration of the thirtieth anniversary of the song, Rieffel puts a Valentines-meets-Halloween spin on the concept, playing a lovelorn stalker who follows actor Jon Daly to his bloody demise... with a rather monstrous reveal at the climax. Paying homage to horror B-movies with lo-fi visual effects and unpretentious cinematography, it's a rather absurd, tongue-in-cheek joyride that honours the original whilst standing very much on its own legs.

Serkan Nihat has created this visually inventive homage to the B-Movie and film noir for The Family Monroe's song Bridges, inspired by Turkish versions of some Hollywood classics.Regarding the various in-camera effects he employed in the video, Nihat explains: "The lyrics were quite poetic so rather than making the video visually literal I decided to approach it in a more abstract and visceral way using imagery and symbolism, and creating mood and emotion through specific colour choices."I myself had a very keen interest in Turkish versions of classic Hollywood films of the 70's and 80's, so I used that as my B-Movie reference. The use of double exposure, broken glass and step printing was to signify the erratic nature and fragility of the relationship in the song."
