Felix Scheynius directs a cinematic, fantasy-infused promo for Stockholm-born singer-songwriter waterbaby.

In the video for Memory Be A Blade, we see waterbaby reminisce about the past, while trying to break free from a love she’s left behind.

Captured in a series of melancholic vignettes, we move between slow-mo, reversed footage and naturalistic portraiture, creating an effervescent, transitory vibe.

Moving like fragments of a memory, it's a beautiful, often haunting vision, and a perfect fit for the track.
