KC Locke directs an out-of-this-world promo for Jax Jones featuring Zoe Wees - and Pokémon's Pikachu. 

The video for Never Be Lonely boasts a futuristic blend of performance, visual effects and animation, presented in a tight, glossy package.

People gather in a floating stadium above the Earth to witness a huge Jax Jones show. Then Pikachu is woken by a beam of light and beams up into the stadium to join Jax and Zoe for an epic performance. 

"Teaming up with Jax Jones for our second collaboration was an ambitious endeavour that required meticulous planning from treatment and storyboarding to previs, set design, shooting, and post-production - every second had to be accounted for," explains KC Locke.

"Working with Pokémon was an exceptional experience, as was collaborating with the animation house Nathan Love, who handled integrating Pikachu into our world. Our VFX team at Payperwork, together with our colour house No.8 and our in-house post team led by Jamil Shaukat, ensured a seamless integration of all elements in the editing process.
