Sega Bodega 'I Need Nothing From You' by Actual Objects
Rob Ulitski - 16th Nov 2021
LA-based creative studio Actual Objects direct a warped portrait of Sega Bodega for his new single, I Need Nothing From You.
What starts as a close-up on the artist's face soon glitches, twitches and loses its proportions, as Bodega distorts in real time, morphing from human to something ripped straight from the uncanny valley.
Remotely directed from LA, the understated concept lingers far beyond its runtime, unconsciously committing itself to memory ready to reappear as a nightmare somewhere down the line.
