A romance between two anthropomorphised piñatas is threatened by persistent festival participants, in Lewis Cater's offbeat video for Darlin'. 

Soon after the local festivities have finished, a trio of young, nosey kids happen upon a house, and decide to break in to terrorise the couple, ending in a climax of spewed up candy corn and a lot of cleaning up to do.

Brilliantly weird, Cater has given life to these characters through clever movement and staging, elevated by Anya Jane Magee's spectactular costume design work.
