Avelino explores the idea of influence in Nadira Amrani's video for Higher Power. 

Across a multitude of abstract vignettes, Amrani juxtaposes traditional ideas of power in society - the clothes, cars, money - with the many pitfalls. That includes when followers turn on you as a leader, and when your influence becomes unmanageable. 

Very much open to interpretation, the visuals play off religious and societal iconography with a fresh selection of high concept performance setups.
