Kream & Rani 'Go Somewhere' by Michael Baldwin
Rani feels the music in Michael Baldwin's video for her team-up with Norwegian duo Kream.
It's a conceptual performance video, where the vibrations of the instruments are connected to a futuristic blue bath, the water pulsating along with the bass.
With strong performances and spot-on art direction from Anthony Neale, the video feels current and exciting, and is as instantly replayable as the track it accompanies.
MICHAEL BALDWIN:
“The band sent me some great mood reference that became the springboard for the idea. It evolved a lot along the way but we wanted to create the sense of a ‘live’ performance that was more art instalLation than regular music video.”
