90s rap meets acid carnival with the unique animated music video for Benny Brassic's 'Belly of the Beast', directed by Monsta Animation.

Don't be fooled by the simple, charming cartoon style. The subject matter underneath is brutally honest and eye-opening. The autobiographical moments represented in the animation include homelessness, getting into drugs, and falling in with the wrong crowd.

The animation style is an inspired choice, as it allows Brassic to be both introspective and present his story in a digestible format, without losing any of the raw emotion.
