A great, slowburning performance video for Foals by Aaron Brown, aka Focus Creeps.
Shot in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Brown keep things simple to begin with. But then the performance of In Degrees begins to switch seamlessly between daytime, and the band playing on a deserted modernist stage in the jungle, and then the nighttime equivalent, heaving with a dancing audience.
Foals frontman Yannis Philippakis is the focal point throughout, but the beautifully crafted approach allows the viewer to gradually get inside the performance and the song.
