In Anna Radchenko's video for My Michelle frontwoman Tanya is brought to a gathering in the forest, to be a sacrificial victim. But the outcome is unexpected.

The singer's dearest childhood memories are connected to the forests in her own hometown, Chigiri, that have since suffered widespreadf destruction. So her and Radchenko have created a story of personal responsibility and sacrifice for the sake of nature. The director drew the inspiration for the video from one the works of surrealist artists Shana and Robert ParkeHarrisson, Earth Elegies, where human life is sacrificed to let the spring commence.

So it's a powerful statement and also a call for action. Later in the year Tanya is planning to gather her fans and followers in order to plant a small forest (those who cannot participate in the act can make a donation). So, in this case, art goes beyond a pretty picture. It creates action. It provokes thought.
