Rock band Create To Inspire try their best with a particularly challenging life drawing model in Tom Cronin's video for Adjust.

It's a study in anxiety through dance, intercut with a performance from the band. And the choreography here really steals the show, with the dancer's paranoid, agitated movements bringing the concept to life.

"The song is about dealing with severe anxiety," explains Cronin. "The Dancer personifies this feeling through her dancing - with glimmers of hope at being free from being trapped, only to be pulled back inward."
