Luke Bather - 19th Sept 2016

Tim Mattia directs this heartfelt promo starring Beau Bridges for Megan Trainor's Better, which sees the singer take on a role with a more social realist bent than anything we've seen previously.

Mattia here masterfully steering a small cinematic story about the tumultuous relationship between Trainor (here playing a hairdresser) and her grandfather (played by Beau Bridges) as he wrestles with substance abuse and ends up in and out of jail.

It's a heartbreaking, bittersweet tale which sees Bridges' character strive for redemption, and Trainor's character strive for a better life.
