Lapalux ft. Andreya Triani 'Puzzle' by Nick Rutter

Having previously collaborated on the video for Lapalux's Without You and Nick Rutter's short film Chrysalis - electronic artist Lapalux and Nick Rutter have joined forces once again to create a music video for Puzzle, featuring singer Andreya Triana, from Lapalux's second album Lustmore.

It's a richly coloured video, stunningly photographed by Ben Fordesman, which follows a mechanic called Leon (played by James Eeles, Peaky Blinders, My Big Fat Diary) and, like Without You, plays out as a tender and warped love story - between man and machine.  

Leon is not the first person to fall in love with a Porsche, but his obsession with a particular 80s-era 944 falls into the category of mechanophilia (the love or sexual attraction to machines, including cars). In an enclosed and surreal world where his dreams, hallucinations and visions feel wholly real, Leon tries to make sense of his spiralling emotions. And when the penny drops, can he make the right choice?
