For his reading of Depeche Mode's I Feel You - released to mark Record Store Day 2015 tomorrow (April 18th) - Johnny Marr teams up with director David Barnes for this cool, energetic performance promo.

Barnes, who previously directed three videos for the ex-Smiths guitarist, shoots Johnny and his band playing in an infinite black space employing a creative use of lighting and staging and photographic techniques like negative and double exposure. 

“Johnny is an amazing performer who isn’t afraid to be experimental," says David. "He’ll do things like crawl along the floor mid-song in order to give an edgy twist to a straightforward performance video.”
