The classic tale of love and loss is weaved by Rory Pearson for Spookyland's The Silly Fucking Thing. Pretty much everyone's been there before, and Sydney-based actors Rahel Abdulrahman and Brielle Flynn articulate that discomfort - but in addition, a raccoon-eyed Marcus Gordon is on hand to put the pain into words.

It is the detail with which the story is told that sets its success. And the emotional rollercoaster comes to an end with (spoiler alert) more pain...
