Daniel Brereton proves that scenes of idyllic countryside and banging house music can go together - with a little help from subtitles - in his video for legendary producer Erol Alkan's A Hold On Love, from his debut EP.

The subtitles tell a story of self-discovery which ties the music and the visuals - shot in the Lake District - together. And DoP Isaac Eastgate shot it on 16mm, to make it feel more like the Nineties...
