A man walks out of a deserted theatre and, in a disconcerting moment, steps onto the deck of a classic English seaside pier at night in George Belfield's promo to Cosmo's Measurement Of Moving On. It's minimal and slightly strange mood is an excellent counterpoint to the big atmospherics in Cosmo's soundtrack.
