Jordan Rossi directs a high-drama, glam rock-inspired promo for Adam Lambert's cover of Bonnie Tyler's bombastic classic.Rossi helms&nbsp;an effervescent&nbsp;visual for Lambert's take on Holding Out For A Hero, featuring a cast of bedazzled musicians, hidden behind glitterball helmets,&nbsp;who eventually strip to reveal their true, unique selves.&nbsp;From the pastel backdrop through to the styling and makeup, the video is a throwback to the glamorous excess of the 1980's, and is perfectly suited to the track.[imgtoken data:1]"The idea behind the video is to throw away homogeneity and celebrate individuality, whatever form that may take," explains Rossi.&nbsp;"Adam is the perfect collaborator. We've shot together before, so had a shorthand going into this one. But he was great at really driving ideas forward. He wanted to do something fashion-orientated with a glam rock and camp twist.&nbsp;When researching the video, Rossi found himself inspired by some of the all-time greats in the industry.[imgtoken data:2]"I did a lot of visual research for this video with photographers like Jean-Paul Goude being a big source of inspiration for the editorial setups," he says. "We also gave a cheeky nod to Robert Palmer's legendary, and often imitated, videos [for Addicted To Love and others] but again with our own camp twist - with glitterball wearing robots."At every stage of the video Adam and I sought to subvert traditional conventions of music videos, fashion and pop iconography to create a piece of work that was fun, tongue-in-cheek and expressive with an incredible cast."

Thomas Davis and&nbsp;Willow Kayne turn London into a Hellish otherworld in this fabulously fun video for White City.&nbsp;This is the follow-up to Davis and Willow's collab on the sweet and energetic video for <a href="https://www.promonews.tv/videos/2022/05/09/willow-kayne-final-notice-thomas-davis/76288" target="_blank">Final Notice</a>. This one starts innocently enough too, as we follow a girl styled to look like a young Willow, experiencing several interactions - both good and bad - with local residents, which includes the real Willow&nbsp;roleplaying several different jobs.&nbsp;And then things take a weird turn: giant eyeballs, no less.&nbsp;begin to descend from tower blocks; the girl is served a rather Cronenbergian dish of delights at a café...&nbsp;things get distinctly topsy-turvy.&nbsp;And then the ending suggests a slightly Apocalyptic note, before returning to a sense of normality... Or has it?This is brilliant, knockabout&nbsp;work from the team. The tone is&nbsp;both playful and slightly unnerving, accentuated by a&nbsp;great use of visual effects.

CC Wade captures Griff and Sigrid's backstage antics, in the light-hearted yet incendiary promo for Head On Fire.&nbsp;To mark this team-up of two inspiring&nbsp;pop performers, the Wade brothers let them loose in a deserted theatre to just have fun - which gets slightly out of hand. They have the run of the place, they mess around dressing up, climb rigging - and then set fire to the place. All without missing a beat of their performances.&nbsp;[imgtoken data:1]Celebrating their friendship and not taking themselves too seriously, it's great to see Griff and Sigrid kick back and let loose - and show a slightly dangerous, even pyromanic&nbsp;streak.&nbsp;The visual feels like the perfect&nbsp;partner to the upbeat track, skirting with edginess - and the talented CC Wade, best known for their work with the likes of King Krule and other hipster types.&nbsp;make good on this opportunity to make their mark in the pop world.
