Dave puts in the hours at a local shop in his video for&nbsp;100M&#39;s,&nbsp;directed by Dir. Lx.Following a kid on a paper round who has eyes on a fresh pair of trainers before he bumps into Dave, who appears to be on his way to work. The video shows the two getting on with some less-than-glamorous jobs with a brash coolness, knowing that it&#39;ll all be worth it in the end. Intercut with some great looking performance from Dave featuring some cool, simple icy-blue lighting setups.

It was also shot&nbsp;at the hair salon - where else would you shoot a video about the virtues of patience - but with a beautiful steadicam treatment that feels far&nbsp;more considered.Ray&#39;s musings on society&#39;s&nbsp;dreams of instant, viral fame becomes strikingly tangible as&nbsp;beautifully lit portraits of women at the salon - sitting, waiting, dreaming themselves - capture our imagination and somehow&nbsp;exemplify those human desires for&nbsp;validation, self expression, approval, and in our day and age, instant fame.[imgtoken data:1]

Ray BLK - Patience (Freestyle)

Elliott Power has released some visually striking, monochromatic visuals&nbsp;for new single Once Smitten directed by&nbsp;Alex Hulsey.&nbsp;The video zeroes in on Hulsey&#39;s experimentation with&nbsp;ferrofluids, resulting in&nbsp;transfixing sequences of the shiny&nbsp;fluid playing off of the&nbsp;human body. The black, tarlike liquid&nbsp;takes a life of its own, forming into complex scales that slither their way across the otherwise slick smooth human forms.Hulsey also achieved his goal of&nbsp;creating something&nbsp;&ldquo;abstract with dark visuals to match the [song&#39;s] production&rdquo;&nbsp;without the use of CGI.&nbsp;It&#39;s all done through in-camera effects, courtesy of excellent work&nbsp;by DoP David Procter.&nbsp;&nbsp;
