Sebastian Whyte directs the beautifully-crafted promo for Rambert Dance in Peaky Blinders - The Redemption of Thomas Shelby.Yes, that's right. Not only is the final series of the TV show about to hit our screens, there is a new live dance theatre event that's written by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight, and choreographed and directed by Rambert's artistic director Benoit Swan Pouffer.&nbsp;Whyte's&nbsp;visual takes the form of a trailer for the event, and with&nbsp;familiar backdrops and characters, it serves&nbsp;as a powerful introduction to the extended Peaky Blinders story, and promises to be true to both the TV show and the Rambert brand.&nbsp;&nbsp;"The idea behind the trailer was to create a campaign that sits comfortably beside the Peaky Blinders TV series, paying homage but not coming across like a tribute band!" notes Whyte.&nbsp;"Research for the project took many shapes, from&nbsp;in-depth discussions into cameras, lenses and the joys of tungsten light, to the guns used, set design; and colouring."The result is a trailer that transcends you through the Peaky Blinders lifestyle, with drama, tension, love, tenderness and a battle."

Federico&nbsp;Urdaneta directs 'a&nbsp;romp through Margate' for local band Pigeon - who include director Tom Dream in their ranks - featuring dancer Danni Spooner as an&nbsp;impish sea creature,&nbsp;emerging from the surf to get up to mischief in town.Spooner's elemental&nbsp;performance that provides the focus of the video for It's You, and as they&nbsp;clash&nbsp;with the locals, their energy matches the raucous drive of the track.The band also provide a foil for their antics, and as evening falls, that finally inspire a quieter moment.

Nono Ayuso directs a heartwrenching promo for Joy Crookes' Skin, captured in a truly arresting way - including having Joy travels around London, with her friend, on a bed."The song is about someone very close to the artist who thought life wasn’t worth living during a dark time," explains Ayuso.&nbsp;"We created this intimate film, where the bed is the symbol of the love between the couple, but at the same time is the symbol of the darker times. Both sides of the coin: love and depression, you never want to get out of your bed."I also wanted to show that even if you are feeling down or in love, the world never stops, and to achieve this we shot a moving bed in the streets of London."[imgtoken data:1]Tackling a difficult subject matter with&nbsp;a delicate, thoughtful touch, Ayuso captures a series of performance setups in a raw and&nbsp;intimate way - in a bold portrait-shape&nbsp;aspect ratio. He lets the story talk for itself without any distracting effects or cutaways.Joy Crookes adds that she wanted to the video to be a genuine depiction of the song itself.&nbsp;“The song is about someone very close to me who thought life wasn’t worth living during a dark time," she explains. "When it came to the video, it felt necessary to include that person in it. I asked him sincerely and I was incredibly grateful when he chose to participate.[imgtoken data:2]"The making of the video created an ownership and healing of that difficult time we both lived through. The intensity that was generated from it being a real-life experience for the both of us translates into the video because ultimately it is real."This autobiographical way of making work is hard emotionally but undeniably my favourite way of making art. Nono was so integral in this, as not only is he a fantastic director but a sensitive and empathetic character that made telling a story as difficult as this one&nbsp;a cathartic experience.”&nbsp;

Liam Payne takes to the coast in Similar But Different's video for Live Forever.&nbsp;Shot across the Isle of Wight and Dorset, Payne is unphased by the British weather as he echoes James Bond, climbing out of the freezing water in his underwear and posing topless in high winds. Joined by a handful of friends in one scene, he&nbsp;drifts around an empty car park whilst hanging out of a car window, letting his metaphorical hair down and enjoying the spontaneity and uncertainty that life brings. None of us can live forever so why not have fun whilst we're here?&nbsp;Favouring abstract shots and fashion film style montages, the directing duo (made up of&nbsp;Dani Girdwood &amp;&nbsp;Charlotte Fassler) present a fresh aesthetic for Payne that is&nbsp;rugged and masculine, but appealing to all audiences.&nbsp;

Animator and director&nbsp;Gemma Yin Taylor has created some awesome,&nbsp;raw visuals in this high-powered video for Vant&#39;s Karma Seeker.&nbsp;Combining pattern, text and photography, the video&#39;s visual style&nbsp;was influenced by the cut-and-paste aesthetic of homemade music fanzines of the 80&#39;s and 90&#39;s.&nbsp;The video was created using&nbsp;rostrum camera&nbsp;stop-motion and doesn&#39;t rely on&nbsp;digital post-production effects,&nbsp;with each of its&nbsp;2,700&nbsp;frames&nbsp;created by hand using collage and illustration techniques.Designed to have a schizophrenic feel, the performance builds up&nbsp;from a more spacious monochrome look to an ultra-layered,&nbsp;frenzied&nbsp;madness in it&#39;s&nbsp;darker&nbsp;scenes.&nbsp;
