Ama Lou self-directs the&nbsp;promo for Same Old Ways, where contrary to the title of the song, tradition gets a welcome makeover.&nbsp;In the video - made in collaboration with The North Face -&nbsp;we follow the induction of two inner city kids (Ama&nbsp;and her friend) on their first day of boarding school. At the start, the viewer is set up to anticipate the worst for the pupils as they enter a daunting environment. But instead, they are welcomed with open arms, having a great time taking&nbsp;part in some classic old English boarding school activities.&nbsp;Excitable and celebratory,&nbsp;the video - shot by Ama's sister Mahalia John - is full of feelgood vibes, and the breathtaking setting is an excellent location for the camaraderie to ensue.&nbsp;

Ama Lou self-directs a charismatic performance promo for her track Trust Nobody.&nbsp;In contrast to her previous videos - which were shot in Los Angeles - this one was filmed in London, and features the artist in a white cyc photo studio,&nbsp;filling the space with a confident yet vulnerable energy.&nbsp;Though simple in its presentation, the concept is a perfect vehicle for Lou's performance style, and takes inspiration from portraiture and fashion photography in its minimalist aesthetic.&nbsp;&nbsp;
