A teenage boy lives his most hedonistic life in Ill Studio&#39;s video for Soulwax.Getting into trouble is part of what makes adolescence so damn fun, but when you look back with the clarity of time you never quite seem as edgy as you thought you were. (One look at your Facebook&nbsp;posts from four years ago should be an unwelcome reminder of this).Ill Studio knows this, and they make it their duty to make that teenage rebellious streak look as epic in reality as it does in your head. Quick cuts, fantastically composed visual snippets and a heap of classical art all coalesce into something that&#39;s just the right side of pretentious to really inflate a young man&#39;s ego.

French artist ALB has released Endless Together, the first single off&nbsp;his third album soon to be released - now paired with this entertaining&nbsp;love story between the singer&nbsp;his female robot lover directed by Colin Solal Cardo.Shot and styled in a retro futuristic style, the video sees the artist romancing the sexy robot Daisy - who at first makes&nbsp;an appearance on his television&nbsp;screen only - by performing the song for her. Then during an interlude, Daisy sings back at him while dancing seductively on a neon-lit stage, and&nbsp;joins him at the keyboard to perform her reply. As for his reaction, you could say he was struck by lightning.&nbsp;

Luis Cerveró has directed this dazzling and cryptic&nbsp;pot pourri of&nbsp;tongue-in-cheek scenes, characterised by visual art, anachronistic&nbsp;lavishness, a bit of&nbsp;absurdity&nbsp;and number games.&nbsp;Whether it be the band playing to a highly&nbsp;unusual crowd, a hand rolling the dice, a girl&nbsp;spraying &#39;PRICKS&#39; on a wall, or painters&nbsp;showing their outsider art, each scene is part of a&nbsp;repeating structure that loops throughout, corresponding to an&nbsp;exact metric pattern and creating everchanging dialogue with the song.It&#39;s also very cool. And in explaining his work, Luis Cerveró says: &quot;This video is about predicting the future, writing bad graffiti, blurring identities, sliding doors, playing live with fake drummers and framing moustache portraits. Having recently directed the remarkable video for Metronomy's She Wants (above), Paris-based duo Julien Lassort and Mattieu Burlot - better known as Jul &amp; Mat - have joined Colonel Blimp for music video representation in London.
Over the last two and a half years, Jul &amp; Mat have directed videos for Ratatat, We Have Band, Howls - and most recently Metronomy's She Wants, a brilliantly-executed reverse one-shot where a girl, Hannah Novak, wakes into a dream, and attends a deeply surreal party. Jul &amp; Mat are with Solab in their native France.
