Suede have launched their latest album Autofiction with a short film to feature two of its singles - She Still Leads Me On&nbsp;and 15 Again - written and directed by Katie Lambert.The film is the story of a couple, Hannah and Chris. Hannah is ready to settle down and start a family; Chris far more inclined to retain their independence. Can they reconcile these conflicting impulses?Lambert's short film directing debut is impressive, with engaging performances by&nbsp;by Hannah Higton and Noah Granville, with outstanding cinematography by Adam Barnett.&nbsp;&nbsp;"It's about that moment in a relationship when it’s crunch time," says Lambert. "The moment when you’re at a certain age and forever feels incredibly close. When you’re not sure if you’re with the one, or if you could find another one, or if that’s a crap societal construction anyway."

Thomas James directs a dark and twisted tale of a serial killer cab driver, in his promo for Lucy Blue’s Taxi Driver.&nbsp;Oozing a sense of nostalgia in the styling and look across the anachronistic set pieces - with definite&nbsp;nods to Scorsese's masterpiece of the same name -&nbsp;the visual doesn't cross the line into true horror, yet manages to create an uncomfortable, overarching sense of dread in every frame.&nbsp;Thomas James brings his customary verve&nbsp;to this story of a disturbed young woman - and Lucy Blue is brilliant in her&nbsp;role as a stalker, and the blurred boundary between infatuation and insanity is masterfully conceptualised.

Adam Barnett’s considered photography alternates between drowsy and dynamic, artfully using shadow and glimmers of light as a thematic and visual motif. This is polished off with a graphic and convincingly filmic grade by the directors, intended to evoke a bygone Hollywood era.A special mention should also go to some flash styling by Joe Taylor, including a spectacular customised Denial suit.
