Teen trailblazers Hotwax crash an arty party in this tongue in cheek, self-directed promo for Barbie (Not Yours). The pink-hued, lo-fi promo is home to a menagerie of weird and wonderful characters, and captures the riotous, DIY stylings of the track. From low-key photography event to intimate rock gig, the Hotwax crew know how to get the party started, and it's brilliant fun to watch.

Callum Lloyd-James follows up his dynamic live promo for Last Time for Becky Hill with this acoustic version of the same track. Shot in a vibrant hot pink location, Becky and several musicians perform a stripped-back rendition of the track, captured through silky-smooth Steadicam shots. It's another knockout promo for the artist, and an exciting addition to Lloyd-James' considerable output this year so far.

Eva Michon - who directed last years' hilariously debauched Amish barn dance video for Death From Above 1979's track Virgins - has delivered this funny retro pastiche for American rock duo Deap Vally. Embodying the song's insubordinate punk spirit is a crossdressing, pink-furred Neanderthal who rocks up to the beach and causes scandal with all his defiantly hairy splendour. Lashing out at the sneering crowd, the creature grabs beach balls and karate-chops books out of a woman's hands before dancing around like he owns the place. And that's when the girls of Deap Vally have seen quite enough, attacking the poor beast. But somewhere along the way.. they simply decide to have a little dance instead.
