Philip Reinking directs a upbeat and breezy video for Berlin-based Venezuelan artist Cacique, an up-and-coming artist blending the rhythms of the Carribean with the pulse of new Reggaeton.

There's a little bit of magic realism in the air in the video for Bendecio, as Cacique cycles around the city on his bike on a summer's day - and executes a few tricks - before meeting up with friends for a party, including featured artist Mr Bangis.

The mood is unalloyed happiness, with a touch of humour, to reflect the theme of the song, the title meaning 'blessed' in Spanish.  

"It’s about manifesting good energy, prosperity, and blessings not just for myself, but for everyone around me," Cacique has explained. "I’m grateful for everything I’ve got and where I come from, and this song is a reminder of that.

"At the end of the day, my biggest goal is to make it big enough to take care of my mom — she’s my real blessing."
