Director duo WAXXWORK explore the history of euphoria for London Grammar’s epic comeback collaboration with CamelPhat.
With the clever use of classic paintings, and a judicious dose of AI, WAXXWORK - aka Timothy Casten and Vikesh Govind - draw a considerable parallel between religious experience, its expression in Art through the centuries, and the nirvana (drug-induced or otherwise) of the dancefloor.
This features great work by DoP Adam Singodia and colourist Myles Bevan at Studio RM, and a hyper kinetic edit from Casten and Govind to hammer home the meaning behind the visuals.
