Pepi Ginsberg directs an enchanting promo for John Cale, for new track Noise Of You.

Taken from his first album in a decade, the video features snapshots of Cale's life - including photos, videos and notes - layered over documentary footage of his former home of New York City. 

Blending the past and present with a gentle touch, the video is a conversation between two periods of time, and feels both poignant and celebratory.
