Taz Tron Delix directs an emotional tale of intense love for Berwyn's Rubber Bands.

The song by the Trinidad-born, London-based rapper takes us through a journey reflecting on times in love, the heartwarming memories that come in its wake, but then the flipside as a harsher reality intrudes, leading to regret and loss.

Delix manifests these themes by creating a world where only Berwyn and his partner exist and their passionate relationship shapes the surroundings. The director's signature colour palettes and swirling camera movements are used to portray the rollercoaster of emotions, visually reflecting the mind state of Berwyn and his partner going through first love, heartbreak and pain. 

Images of floating mid air and reversed scenes not only adds an element of surrealism, but also drives home that feeling of what it’s like to be in love only being brought back down to reality when that same feeling starts to crumble.

After the epic-scale of his work in recent times for Stormzy and Headie One, this is a more intimate work by Taz Tron Delix - but a consummate example of his trademark style and directorial vision.
