Brooklyn-based musician Shrines explores a new perspective in Brody Bernheisel's otherworldly video for Release.
Shrines 'Waves' by Brody Bernheisel
Brody Bernheisel directs an ethereal promo for Brooklyn-based singer and musician Carrie Erving - aka Shrines.
Set within an abundant natural landscape, the video follows Shrines as she slowly traverses dense forests and breathtaking beaches, the lone inhabitant of this picturesque world.
"Waves is an homage to the natural world, and the longing to be completely enveloped by a moment in nature and disappear within it," says Bernheisel. "Capturing the transcendent feeling of a moment in time when the borders of the self blur into an overpowering nature that surrounds."
