Jack Scott 'Trainride' by Zen Pace
Zen Price's video for Jack Scott's Trainride is as three act love story inspired by the charm of Golden Age Cinema, created with a stage musical sensibility at this unprecedented time when the lights of Broadway have been sadly dimmed.
Jack, one of the original cast members of Broadway show Newsies, finds himself in a subway car next to a dashing fellow passenger. Immediately, they fall for each other, and dance through more simple theatrical sets. Broadway World has called it "an MGM musical in three minutes'.
It's a classic song-and-dance form, given a music video application. But as Jack Scott's love interest is a man, it also an old school thing given a fresh makeover - a sweetly pure celebration of queer love.
