The inimitable RUFFMERCY (aka Bristol-bsed artist-animator Russ Murphy) does wonderful things with a simple charming performance by Martha Da'ro for Clap! Clap!
He brings his distinctive technique to bear over a deep-contrast black and white footage of Da'ro, transforming her gown into a relentlessly-changing riot of colour, with an overlay augmentation of gold.
