Louis Tomlinson 'Kill My Mind' by Charlie Lightening
Louis Tomlinson is back with a homage to Britpop, Kill My Mind, and a video directed by Charlie Lightening = best known for shooting videos for Liam Gallagher, Robbie Williams and more - who stamps his mark on the visual with a dynamic performance setup and an enigmatic narrative.
While Louis performs the song with his band in a club, a motorbike speeds through country roads towards the gig. The rider meets his girl at the show, they head for the exit. What happens next will leave you shocked, with far more questions than answers. But this is the first in a series of Tomlinson videos, the next of which is teased in the last moments.
Tomlinson's rock star performance is spot-on, and DoP Daniel Lightening's balance of neon red washes and stripped back naturalistic imagery lends a mysterious aura to the project. Keep your eyes peeled for part two.
