It's not easy to assume control over someone else's property and make it distinctive, but Noah Harris manages it with his 'Visualiser' for Gorillaz.

He puts them in a 16-bit Japanese arcade game with guest vocalist Little Simz and achieves the right blend of doom, comedy and graphic invention. Jamie Hewlett won't be disappointed.
