In an ambitious project for Village Green Recordings&#39; album Salvation - which showcases the music of eight composers signed to the label - Noah Harris and Andy Biddle take us on a voyage through time and nothing less than the history of mankind, though the mesmerising animation of found objects.&nbsp;It&#39;s actually a sequence of interconnecting films, each one representing a track and composer from the album, that can be savoured individually on <a href="http://salvation-project.tv/" target="_blank">the Salvation project website</a>. But they also come together to tell an epic story of evolution, and the story is told from objects that have been salvaged from car-boot sales and flea markets around London, as <a href="https://vimeo.com/199691799" target="_blank">the making of film</a> shows.From the birth of a planet in ELEMENT, the growth of the human race in SENTIENCE, and its descent towards the inevitable in OBLIVION, it&#39;s animated entirely in camera, and&nbsp;showcase Noah Harris&rsquo;s unwavering attention to detail and love of physical objects.

Noah Harris has created an extraordinary vision and arguably pushed stopmotion animation into new territory (or new dimension) with his hugely imaginative and borderline-bonkers video for Julio Bashmore&#39;s Peppermint.Noah has utilized 3D printing to conjure up his distinctive universe, of a female figure that develops from drawing to solid form bound to a solid earth, and other while above the hands of a deity - clapping out the house beats - also proffers peppermint liquid to the female, and other&nbsp;forms and objects below.And that only describes one part of it. You could pretty much interpret the meaning of this&nbsp;anyway you like.&nbsp;Most importantly, Noah uses stopmotion - and 2D animation &ndash; to create&nbsp;a fantastic, elemental, highly original piece of work.&nbsp;

Following a series of commercials, Noah Harris makes a return to music videos with this beautiful and stirring promo for Police Dog Hogan&#39;s Fraserburgh Train.Shot amidst the dramatic scenery of Scotland&#39;s Cairngorm Mountains, the strong narrative is set at the intersection of past and present, following a boy on a symbolic journey.Harris draws strong performances from both characters, bringing a quiet sense of anguish to the moving story, with lingering close-ups heavily contrasted by the vast emptiness of the landscape.
