Shatara Michelle Ford's video for Kismet, Amani Starnes' new music project, is a homage to Hitchcock's Vertigo "with a female gaze".

Shot on 35mm, its an low-budget experimental piece with scenes that replay with the roles (and genders) swapped. And the bittersweet mood seems as influenced by Todd Haynes as Hitchcock.
